Abdul baqi nahavandi is a persian who migrated to india in seventeenth century during the days of akbar & worked as courtier to abdul rahim. he wrote a voluminous three volume history of india including biographies of abdur rahim khan and baram khan. this urdu translation of second volume of maasir. this has been edited and annotated by hasan beg to update the book a number of additional notes and appendices has also been added to bring the book to modern standards.
